Manager- Promo Edit

Role Overview: As a Manager-Editing-Promos at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing promos for Zee Kannada channel. You will work closely with the OAP team to understand the briefs provided and ensure the promos align with the channel's requirements and objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational growth, consumer engagement, and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance promo creatives by providing ideation and executing them effectively. - Contribute with your own creative ideas, innovation, and scripting to improve the quality of promos. - Ensure high-quality edits in terms of audio and video, conforming to channel standards. - Maintain productivity benchmarks and efficiently utilize studio resources for editing. - Demonstrate proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Flame, and Protools for script writing, ideation, and implementing new processes. - Manage stakeholder relationships by engaging with internal teams such as Programming, OAP, Digital archiving, TC, and Capsuling. Qualifications Required: - Graduation with 3-6 years of experience in Promo Editing, either in a media or non-media background. - Expertise in genre-wise content knowledge and understanding of video & audio formats. - Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premier Pro. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. - Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities. Additional Company Details: The role is based in M G Road, Bangalore, and requires 100% work from the office. You will report to the Director of Operations and play a crucial role in driving the success of Zee Kannada through impactful promo creations and effective stakeholder management.,
