Manager - Product Application Engineer

Role Overview: As a Manager - Product Application Engineer at Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing training to sales and service teams, ASCs, and ISPs on product presentation, applications, programming, and commissioning. You will coordinate ASC development, provide application and technical support to ISPs, panel builders, contractors, and branch teams, as well as support sales and service teams in project specification compliance. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate sales promotion activities and ensure efficient collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide training to sales and service teams on product presentation and applications - Conduct training sessions for ASCs and ISPs on product application, programming, and commissioning - Facilitate Train the Trainer programs for STC and assist in preparing training modules - Coordinate ASC development and supervise service set up for new service centres - Offer application and technical support to ISPs, panel builders, contractors, and branch teams - Support branch teams in identifying and executing new applications - Coordinate and support branch teams in conducting product presentations, demos, and marketing activities - Assist sales and service teams in project specification compliance Qualifications: - Graduate Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in site execution of automation projects involving VFD, PLC, IOT, HMI & SCADA - Hands-on experience on programming software of PLC & SCADA - Experience working with industrial clients and as part of cross-functional teams - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure - Willingness to travel across various branches and customers of the zone About Our Company: At Schneider Electric, our values and behaviors define our culture and support business success.
