As a Civil Engineer Head at our reputed Project Management company, your role involves overseeing and managing various projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a detailed project plan to track progress - Utilizing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Measuring project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques - Reporting and escalating to management as necessary - Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Performing risk management to minimize project risks - Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Qualifications required for this position include: - BE in Civil Engineering - 20-21 years of experience in the field - Age between 55 to 58 years - Good communication skills in English and computer knowledge - Project estimation expertise - Two-wheeler is a must Additionally, you should be located near Kankapura Road, South Bangalore.
