As a Civil Engineer Head at a reputed Project Management company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being a BE Civil engineering graduate with 20-21 years of experience and aged between 55 to 58 years. - Demonstrating good communication skills in English and proficiency in computer knowledge. - Possessing a two-wheeler for transportation. - Being an expert in project estimation. - Developing detailed project plans to monitor progress effectively. - Utilizing appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. - Measuring project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques. - Reporting and escalating project issues to management when necessary. - Managing client relationships and engaging with all stakeholders. - Conducting risk management activities to minimize project risks. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with third parties and vendors. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Additionally, the company is located near Kankapura road in South Bangalore. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during day shifts and the work location is in person.
