About the Role:

Swiggy is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead payment partnerships with key payment providers as part of our central growth team. This role will be instrumental in driving affordability and enhancing user experience across all Swiggy verticals - including Food Delivery, Instamart, Dineout, and more.

The ideal candidate brings experience in growth or partnerships within Banking, Fintech, or E-commerce and has a strong track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and external collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new payment partners to build strategic, long-term collaborations
• Source payment offers to drive affordability for Swiggy users across all verticals (Food, Instamart, Dineout, etc.)
• Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics for all active payment partner engagements to ensure alignment with growth objectives
• Maintain consistent marketing & promotions of payment offers by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in Swiggy for owned media, on-app and off-app promotions
• Coordinate with respective growth teams to identify opportunities to source and promote payment offers for special events on Swiggy
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Growth, Marketing, Product, and Finance to prioritize product developments and optimize Swiggy investments
• Identify new initiatives for the charter to maximize utilization of partner channels, and drive growth / incrementality for Swiggy

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing partnerships within Banking, Fintech, or E-commerce sectors
• Prior experience as a Key Account Manager or Growth Manager is a plus
• Proven track record of driving high-value partner engagements that deliver measurable business growth while aligning with partner objectives
• Prior experience in planning and executing high impact strategic campaigns
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, industry dynamics, and partner operating models
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to drive high-impact projects
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders
