As a dynamic and high-energy field sales professional with over 3 years of experience in post-sales partnerships and business development, you have the exciting opportunity to join Massive Mobility in Lucknow and contribute to the growth of its EV Charging business. At Massive Mobility, we are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in India. Operating under the brand 1C (www.1charging.com), we provide comprehensive EV charging solutions from installation to ongoing management and are rapidly expanding to enhance the EV charging infrastructure. Your role as a Partner Success Manager will involve nurturing and managing relationships with our partners in the EV charging business, focusing on local brand promotion to drive revenue growth. This position will require a blend of hands-on operational support and strategic business development to help partners establish successful EV charging operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits to partner locations to ensure operational excellence, providing onsite training to partner staff, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines, conducting site audits, and assisting partners in optimizing station layout and customer experience. In the realm of business development, you will collaborate with partners to identify and pursue additional revenue streams at charging stations, devise local marketing strategies to attract customers, build relationships with local businesses and potential B2B customers, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities. Moreover, you will support partners in analyzing market conditions, pricing strategies, service offerings, operational efficiency, profitability, and customer acquisition and retention strategies. To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business, or Marketing, possess at least 3 years of field sales or business development experience, have a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel extensively, and demonstrate proficiency in training business owners/operators. Experience in retail or franchise business operations is desirable, while experience in the EV charging or automotive industry and knowledge of local market dynamics are advantageous. Key skills that will be crucial for your success in this role include effective communication and negotiation, self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to work beyond regular business hours. By monitoring the performance of each location based on key performance indicators such as utilization rates, customer experience, and repeat business, you will contribute to the overall success of our EV charging business in Lucknow.
