CherYsh Trust India is a Bangalore-based NGO working to improve learning outcomes for underprivileged rural schoolchildren through STEM.ai labs and EnglishScienceMaths (ESM) shiksha programs. The mission is to build digital literacy, strengthen science-based problem-solving, and promote responsible technology use with practical community impact.

As the organization scales, CherYsh aims to digitize its operations and become a data-driven nonprofit. The Lead Manager Operations & Strategy will lead this transformation into a modern, AI-enabled, digitally managed organization.

Position Summary

CherYsh is seeking an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking leader to drive its operational and digital transformation. The Director will work closely with the CEO, Board, accountants, donors, vendors, and regional program managers. This full-time, hybrid Bangalore-based role (with occasional travel) is responsible for technology adoption, data systems, governance, compliance, donor processes, and operational execution across KA regions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of experience in any technology-driven industry.
• NGO experience is not required. Experience in banking, consulting, engineering GCC preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: Rs 1012 Lakhs per annumn.
• Performance bonuses available.
