As a candidate with LLM experience, you will play a vital role in solving business problems for Fortune 500 customers at Turing. You will be an essential part of the Turing GenAI delivery organization and contribute to GenAI projects by collaborating with a diverse team of Turing engineers. Your responsibilities will involve implementing cutting-edge multi-agent LLM systems, RAG systems, and Open Source LLM deployments for major enterprises. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions by leading the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models, utilizing techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures. - Own the codebase by maintaining high-quality, efficient code in Python (with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices. - Lead the engineering team in creating a technical roadmap based on business requirements and ensure timely execution to guarantee customer satisfaction. - Assist in the deployment of GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS), optimizing resource usage and establishing robust CI/CD processes. - Collaborate across functions with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements, communicate technical details, and deliver impactful AI products. - Provide mentorship and guidance to the engineering team, promoting best practices in machine learning and large language model development. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems - 1+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs and Generative AI techniques, particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents - Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL - Expertise in architecting GenAI applications/systems using various frameworks & cloud services - Good proficiency in using cloud services from Azure, GCP, or AWS for building GenAI applications - Experience in driving the engineering team towards a technical roadmap - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business SMEs If there are any additional company details in the job description, please provide it for further customization of the job description.,
