Manager, Network Engineering, Global Support

Role Overview: As an experienced Network Infrastructure/Engineering Manager at our company's Global Support team in Hyderabad, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the network infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance and security. You will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Check Point, Palo Alto, and Juniper Firewalls. Your strategic thinking and strong technical skills will be crucial in leading the team effectively and identifying growth opportunities for the team. This role will give you the chance to contribute to driving Global Support to the next level of its evolution. Key Responsibilities: - Support and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security - Configure, support, and troubleshoot Check Point, Palo Alto, and Juniper Firewalls - Configure network ACLs and Network devices as required - Possess strong network knowledge of routing protocols, packet analysis, and LAN/WAN infrastructure - Develop and implement network policies and procedures - Support and drive team members to meet and exceed applicable SLAs - Lead/support key projects from planning to execution - Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to ensure seamless network operations - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure management - Proficiency in Check Point and Palo Alto Firewall support and policy configuration - Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, PCNSE) are a plus,
