Manager Network Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Manager Services to provide support to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience helping clients with IT issues, specifically related to Firewalls (Fortigate), SDWAN, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, and Poly Video Conferencing. The role will involve both office-based and field support, with occasional travel outside of Mumbai if needed to assist customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote support to enterprise customers, addressing IT issues and making sure they are resolved quickly. Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Firewalls (Fortigate), SDWAN, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, and Poly Video Conferencing systems. Customer Communication: Talk to customers to understand their issues, explain solutions, and ensure they are satisfied with the service. Field Visits: Travel to customer locations when needed to fix issues or carry out installations and upgrades. Problem Solving: Identify problems, find solutions, and minimize disruption to the customer's operations. Documentation: Keep accurate records of service calls, issues, and solutions, and provide regular reports to the team. Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to ensure customers" needs are met and escalate issues when necessary. Required Skills & Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in supporting enterprise customers with IT services. Strong knowledge of Firewalls (Fortigate), SDWAN, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, and Poly Video Conferencing. Good communication skills to explain technical issues in simple terms to customers. Willing to travel outside of Mumbai as needed to support customers. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (Fortigate, SDWAN, etc.) are a plus. Why Join Us: Competitive salary and benefits.
