Must have experience preparing call center reports in Excel (Access, macros, agent productivity report, login/logout report, agent performance report, etc.)

The MIS Executive/Analyst/Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's information systems, ensuring the accuracy and security of data, and generating timely reports for decision-making purposes. This role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations of MIS-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and support various databases and management information systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments.
Analyze large datasets and present findings for decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.
Work on Adhoc reports requirements as when required

Garduate and certification in advance excel

2+ years of experience in MIS, IT, or data management roles.
Proficiency in data management software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
