Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies and tactics to enhance the company's reputation Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Create valuable and engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target groups Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hardcopy brochures Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising strategies accordingly Requirements: Demonstrable marketing experience with a strong willingness to learn Proven ability to identify target audiences and lead multi-channel campaigns that engage and motivate Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns Comfortable working with numbers and metrics using spreadsheets Strong aesthetic sense and communication skills Up-to-date with current online marketing trends and best practices BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field Additional Information: Evolution : Eurofins offers international opportunities to strong performers
