Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to deliver appropriate e-learning courses. Ensure that the company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs Create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles. Deliver training to various verticals of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions. Make necessary revisions in the training programs (content, delivery mechanism, topics, etc.) based on the feedback and evaluation outcomes to optimize & improve the impact of L&D initiatives Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development. Develop the training content and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g.: coaching, job-shadowing, online training, e-learning) which cater to the training needs and goals of employees. Responsible for rolling out L & D programs for the supervisory and managerial level employees across corporate and regions in India. Create customized development plans for high potential employees identified by the Business to equip them to take on leadership roles in the future. Assist in designing targeted interventions for leadership development and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline for the organization.
