Develop a framework for release readiness, rollback automation, change control, and environment reconciliation processes. Monitor deployment health, release velocity, lead time to recovery, and infrastructure cost optimization through actionable DevOps metrics dashboards Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders during major infrastructure changes, incident escalations, or audits. Own the budgeting and cost management strategy for DevOps tooling, cloud consumption, and external consulting partnerships. Identify, evaluate, and onboard emerging DevOps technologies, ensuring team readiness through structured onboarding, POCs, and knowledge sessions.
