Manager IT SAP

As a Manager IT-SAP at a Garment Company based in Tirupur, Tamilnadu, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support projects. Your role will involve streamlining SAP processes and automating year-end, month-end, and quarter-end closing MIS reports. You are expected to provide ongoing support for SAP MM, WM, SD, and FICO processes, resolving issues and addressing user queries. Participation in testing, problem resolution, and change management activities is crucial for successful project delivery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring seamless integration and process improvements. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. A basic understanding and willingness to learn and adopt professional and industry standards are also expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Transition Management: Lead the implementation from SAP ECC systems to SAP S/4 Hana, ensuring minimal business disruption. - Continuous Improvement: Support and guide the team in SAP ECC systems. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with organizational goals. - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of SAP system configurations and processes. - User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or queries. Skills required for this role include strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, excellent communication skills, both independently and collaboratively, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work proactively. Candidates with 6-8 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA/SAP ECC implementation and support, particularly in SAP Modules SD, MM, WM, FICO, are preferred for this position. Relevant SAP Administration certifications are highly desirable. A graduate in Computer Science or related Computer field with specialization in SAP would be an ideal fit.
