Manager- interior Designer

About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Interior Design professional to lead the Interior Design Solutions (IDS) vertical. The role involves creating culturally rooted, design-forward spaces across categories such as Furniture, Art & Dcor, Home Linen, Wellness, Jewellery, and Apparel. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and artisan networks to deliver bespoke spatial experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable design briefs.
• Lead IDS projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
• Work with designers, artisans, and sourcing teams to provide innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, architects, interior designers, and stylists.
• Generate business leads via footfall, associations, events, and partnerships.
• Oversee store styling, visual merchandising, and ensure brand presentation.
• Track all orders and enquiries; manage cold, warm, and hot leads effectively.
• Represent Swadesh at events to promote IDS services and acquire new clients.

Key Metrics / KPIs:

• Contribution to brand sales and gross margins.
• Number of architect / interior design firm tie-ups.
• Lead conversion and client satisfaction (NPS).

Skills & Competencies:

• Passion for handcrafted, artisanal products and Indian heritage crafts.
• Strong business development, marketing, and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of space planning, colour, texture, materials, and styling.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
