Job Description

Review of detailed engineering document of the FEED/EPC/EPCM Contractor such as Instrument Design basis MR/PR/TBE/VDR of of DCS/ESD/FGS/PACKAGE PLC/MMS/FISCAL METERING/ITCC Including ASC,Analyzer System, Field Instrument (PT/TT/LT/XV/CV/MOV, Cables, LDS ETC) Document Control Index (Instrument Design basis, Cause and Effect (ESD/FGS), Control narratives, Control System Architecture drawing, Electrical -Instrument Interface, F & G layout drawing, Cable Schedule, Wiring Diagram, Participation in the Model review, Control Room Layout (CCR) Overall, FO Network Block Diagram, Instrument Air Distribution Supply Distribution drawing U&O, Point Data base, Instrument Index Project Progress monitoring and initiate necessary actions to meet the project completion schedules. Support in controlling effluents and emissions discharges, project waste discharges. Instrumentation Inspections (FAT /SAT/IFAT) & clearance of equipment during various stages of the project. Provide desired engineering Input during Construction and Commissioning t Construction Team Offer Evaluation and Review of TBE (DCS/MMS/ANALYZERS/CV/XV/TT/PT/LT/CCTV) Review of Control System Narratives, Cause & effects (IPS & FGS), of complete plant including different type of packages such as Natural Gas System, Ammonia storage tanks, ammonia & urea trains, Centrifugal compressors, Fired Heaters & different type of Rotating and Static packages.
