JD Campaign Lead - New Customer Acquisition
Role Overview Responsible for end-to-end customer acquisition strategy, campaign operations and sales support across regions. Lead teams, manage vendors & call centre performance, optimise input allocation and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities . Lead a team of Campaign Managers & Floor Managers. . Identify and onboard new data sources for customer acquisition. . Vendor management - onboarding, billing, input quality & cost control. . Manage call centre productivity and ensure optimum data utilisation. . Maintain cost per input and cost per acquisition within targets. . Ensure compliance with Distance Marketing & TRAI guidelines. . Input management through PFA & D2FSC monitor daily run rate & allocation. . Drive WRP & VNB achievement for various geographies. . Provide strategic inputs to sales teams to improve efficiency. . Drive product mix, persistency, F2F, conversion & issuance metrics. . Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations. . Maintain data security and governance across all campaigns. Requirements . Strong analytical ability Excel proficiency is mandatory. . Experience in campaign management/call centre operations preferred. . Strong coordination, communication & team management skills. . Ability to optimise processes, manage costs and drive efficiencies.
