Manager, IBP and Supply Chain Tech Operations

As the Manager, IBP and Supply Chain Tech Operations at PepsiCo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal end-user experience and operational excellence of digital products within the Sustain & Operations team. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of Sustainment Engineers, overseeing incident resolution, transitioning products to Production Support, and reporting sustain status to business and program leadership. You will be the key point of contact for all sustain-related matters for Product & Market Leadership, building strong relationships and ensuring SLAs are met. Moreover, you will collaborate with various teams including Product, Service Design, IT, Data Engineering, and Data Science to gather feedback and shape the future product roadmap to drive adoption. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of work experience or 3-5 years as a Sustain Lead in the CPG industry or with a Top-Tier consulting firm. A good understanding of Supply chain functions and O9 Solutions is essential. You should possess exceptional business relationship skills, be highly quantitative, and have a firm grasp of SRE and ITSM processes. Your ability to lead high-performing teams, communicate complex technical data effectively, and make data-driven decisions will be instrumental. Strong technical expertise, sharp analytical abilities, and proven process engineering skills are also required. Additionally, competence in Driving for Results, Decision Making, Collaborating, Communicating and Influencing, and Motivating and Inspiring Others are key differentiating competencies for this role.
