Job Description

Role Digital TouchpointsJob descriptionSupporting & handling Digital channel projects / enhancementTracking / monitoring / testing of all digital functionalities
Follow up with IT and other stakeholder for prioritizing aligned enhancement/escalations if any
Investigate and resolve issues, including system errors, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand system requirements, dependencies, and configurations
Collaborate with Process owners, developers and Business Analysts to ensure proper design is followed Prepare and manage project trackers, Gantt charts, Project progress reports and ensure proper resource utilizationFollow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Release management process to ensure defect free delivery
Maintaining & tracking critical MIS / Reports on daily / weekly basis
Skill requiredGood inExcel / MIS Reports (must)Good withPPT (optional)Good incommunication skills (must)Tech savvy -will be an added advantageGood inproblem solving skill (optional)
