Manager - HR Transformation & BCM

The individual will support HR process transformation client engagements across geographies. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work across a number of different projects, utilizing your knowledge and experience of the HR function and delivery of HR services and technology. You should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients. You would need knowledge and skills in HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, HR Process Designs, and Workforce Experience Transformation. As an HRT Manager, you will support in the delivery of complex projects including developing key client deliverables, preparing client reports and presentations, and liaising with senior leadership and external advisors.,
