As a Manager-Operations-HR-CBS in the TAL-Learning team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work across various teams within Core Business Services (CBS) to extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm. This role will involve collaborating with teams such as Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management to deliver exceptional service to clients and contribute to the firm's growth and profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrating technical excellence in analytical skills, primary & secondary research - Developing and implementing learning and development programs - Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design appropriate solutions - Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance **Qualification Required:** - Graduation/Post Graduation degree - Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development with a focus on partner learning In this role, EY is looking for individuals who have the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
