Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience along with at least 11 years of experience in developing relationships with customers within the digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions industry. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Master's degree in Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in media advertising, marketing on the customer side, consulting, or digital marketing. The candidate should also have at least 3 years of experience in managing people and should possess experience in managing multi-market/regional stakeholders. As the Manager of the gTech Ads Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team, you will be responsible for overseeing a large team of Digital Marketing Strategists supporting GCS" advertisers. Your role will involve collaborating with key GCS sales stakeholders in the US market to help them achieve client objectives, provide optimization insights, and develop solutions for advertisers. You will also work closely with cross-program solutions teams and the Central Operations team to drive high value and impact for small and medium businesses in the GCS portfolio. The gTech Ads GCS team focuses on creating scalable solutions to support customers worldwide and aims to be trusted experts for both customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day digital media operations for the business, working towards achieving strategic objectives, and fostering partnerships with the Americas Sales teams. Key responsibilities for this role include partnering with stakeholders to develop a holistic business strategy, leading a team of digital media specialists to ensure account level excellence and help clients meet their marketing objectives, mentoring and coaching teams of marketing strategists, and fostering a team-first culture internally while nurturing sales partnerships.
