Job Description

The Manager-Global HR Data Governance Lead at Bunge is responsible for leading enterprise Human Resource (HR) Data governance to deliver Bunge's Global Data governance for HR function data, Data Quality, and Data Governance projects. In this role, you will drive the successful implementation of Data Quality and Governance solutions across all geographic regions and Bunge's businesses. Your accountability extends to ensuring alignment across multiple business functional areas to define and execute project scope and deliverables. As a techno-functional expert in the HR master data management domain, you will collaborate with various Bunge stakeholders worldwide from Business, IT, and other areas to define and achieve mutually agreed outcomes in the HR master data domains. Your key responsibilities will include being a domain subject matter expert in Master Data governance in HR data and data quality measurement, providing technical and functional leadership for complex master data solutions, driving the implementation of master data governance solutions on time without impacting business processes, and building relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure effective project delivery. Moreover, you will maintain an in-depth understanding of processes and capability needs for HR master data, create and maintain data policies, contribute significantly to the strategic direction on governing master data, and proactively analyze business processes to identify innovative ways to address business needs promptly. To excel in this role, you are expected to leverage your knowledge of Bunge's business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions, build partnerships, influence appropriately to gain commitment, foster talent, and coach others. Additionally, you should drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and prepare others for change. In terms of technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess strong experience in working closely with data structures and interfaces. A Bachelors degree (preferably MBA degree), B.Tech., BCA, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of professional data management experience in global HR Master data domain independently, is required. Moreover, a good understanding of Data Life Cycle Management and HR-related data updation processes is crucial. Candidates should also have experience working directly with business clients to drive requirements workshops, finalize and prioritize requirements, and manage expectations with stakeholders.
