Manager Fund Raising (PSS04831)

You have been tasked by PSS to recruit a Fundraising Manager for a renowned Public Limited Financial Services company. Your main responsibilities will include developing a fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and ensures sustainability, as well as overseeing the implementation of this strategy. This will involve working closely with Investors and Private Equity Investors to secure funding, managing pre and post funding documentation processes, maintaining investor relationships, and preparing regular MIS reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Fundraising, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, and Financial Modeling. You should also be proficient in creating presentations necessary for fundraising activities and have excellent communication abilities with a confident demeanor. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Fundraising and hold a postgraduate degree such as an MBA or equivalent qualification.,
