Manager FPNA with exp in Property & Casualty Insurance

Role Overview: You will lead financial reporting excellence and digital transformation in the insurance domain. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end SEC, US GAAP & Statutory reporting. - Manage Direct & Ceded accounting, Reinsurance, IBNR, and FAC Treaty. - Drive digital process automation and Lean/Six Sigma improvements. - Oversee offshore transitions and mentor cross-functional teams. - Partner with auditors, regulators & senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Financial Planning And Reporting Experience of 10-12 years in Insurance Accounting/Reporting. - Expertise in financial frameworks & reinsurance operations. - Lean/Six Sigma certification mandatory. - Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills.,
