Manager, Finance Systems (EPBCS)

As the Manager, Finance Systems (EPBCS) at McDonalds Corporation in Hyderabad, your role involves serving as the Functional Solutions Manager for Oracle EPBCS (Planning). You collaborate with the business to understand their requirements and translate them into technology needs. Your responsibilities include developing and testing solutions, analyzing and improving finance-related processes and systems, and ensuring alignment with business goals to optimize Global Finance operations. Key Responsibilities: - Execute on the strategy and roadmap for Oracle EPBCS (Planning) while partnering with teams to interpret technical requirements and align with strategic objectives. - Serve as the Oracle EPBCS (Planning) functional expert, coordinating on questions, solutions, tools, testing, and training support. - Partner with global finance stakeholders to collect and document requirements related to Oracle EPBCS (Planning) and related systems. - Collaborate with technology experts and global process leads for configuration and deployment of changes. - Assess the effectiveness of existing global finance software, tools, and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed. - Partner with Finance stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to improve system integration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: - Degree in Business, Finance, or Technology preferred - Experience working with Oracle EPBCS (required) and Oracle Fusion (preferred) - English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) Skills: - Ability to understand finance and business requirements for Oracle EPBCS (Planning) and translate them into executable solutions. - Effective communication and collaboration with management within and outside of Finance. - Strong business relationship development skills. - Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. - Quick learning ability for technology through instruction and self-training.
