Job Description

Your role as an Account Manager (Event & Activation) will involve leading the end-to-end execution of events, including planning, vendor coordination, production setup, and on-site management. You will review, interpret, and work with technical drawings, layouts, and production plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and material lists for events and fabrication work. Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate with internal teams, designers, and vendors to finalize production details and maintain strong client service by understanding requirements, sharing updates, and ensuring satisfaction. Conducting site recces, preparing reports, and identifying feasibility and challenges will also be part of your duties. Troubleshooting on-ground issues and ensuring timely resolution, along with maintaining documentation, reports, and post-event summaries, will be crucial for success. Desired Skills: - Minimum 6 years of Event Background experience. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or 3D software or SketchUp is an added advantage. - Willingness to travel and manage events on-site as required. Qualifications: - Graduate or Diploma in Event Management / Marketing / Production / related fields.
