Manager - Email Campaigns (Oracle Responsys)

Role Overview: You should have 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys. Additionally, you must possess hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Unity CDP for more than 2 customers. Your role will also involve developing business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ, including familiarity with dashboard reporting and insights. Experience in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns using Oracle Infinity IQ is required. You will be responsible for writing complex queries, utilizing advanced PL/SQL concepts, and performing performance tuning. Moreover, a high proficiency in Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and data analysis, is essential for this role.
