Tata Capital Ltd is looking for Manager - DSMG - BL, PL, UCL & LAP - X Bucket to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Oversee the collections team and ensure timely collection of receivables. Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts. Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly. Communicate with customers regarding payment arrangements and resolutions. Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions. Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends. Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to collections.
