Manager - Direct Taxes

The role involves overseeing various aspects of Direct Tax compliance and management. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of Annual Tax Audit and TP audit. Additionally, you will need to prepare and file Income tax returns, Form-3CEB, Form-3CD, Quarterly TDS & TCS returns, CBCR Notification, and Master file within the specified deadlines. Your duties will also include providing necessary information during IT and TP assessments, collaborating with Big-4 consultants on FAR analysis and TP study reports, and managing corporate tax and TP assessments along with related litigations. You will be required to respond to SCNs and TDS proceedings under sec-201 promptly and prepare appeals before CIT (A) and ITAT when necessary. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in identifying tax saving opportunities, assessing tax risks, and recommending strategies to mitigate these risks. Daily tax-related accounting tasks, addressing Audit queries related to corporate tax and TP, and filing Annual tax returns for subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Degree in Chartered/Cost Accountancy or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Direct Taxes.
