Manager, Design Studio

The Management Insights Expert role at Standard Chartered GBS involves being a part of the Data and Management Insights team within the Rightshoring Enablement (RSE) practice. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, enhance, and maintain a range of dashboard products and create ad-hoc CXO presentations that will be utilized globally by our journey leaders and management team. As a Visual Design Manager, you will be required to possess strong skills in pure play graphic design and video creation. You will play a key role in developing visually appealing and engaging dashboards and presentations using existing data sets. Additionally, your expertise in creating CXO friendly presentations, whitepapers, communications, social media content, and dashboards will be crucial for this role. Collaboration with other teams within RSE and Business Units in GBS will be essential to meet reporting requirements effectively. You should be adept at data exploration, capable of synthesizing data from multiple sources, and identifying optimal data structures for reporting needs. Your ability to convey messages concisely and effectively through strong visual aids will be highly valued in this position. Moreover, you will be expected to challenge assumptions and goals constructively, seeking opportunities for innovation and driving improvements in efficiency. Experience in graphic design, visual aids, and related areas for over 8 years is preferred. While knowledge in Banking / Global Business Services domain is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in stakeholder management, project management, and tools like MS Office package and Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, and After Effects) is required.
