As an Assistant Manager - Design for a Telecom Company located in Sector 50, Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to utilize your design knowledge in structural and sheet metal components. You should have hands-on experience with Solid Works or Solid Edge, CAD/CAM, and a strong understanding of engineering principles. Your specific responsibilities will include fostering a result-oriented culture within the team to ensure the delivery of customer value. You must demonstrate technical leadership in designing sheet metal components and structural products like monopoles, plastics/FRP, including knowledge of manufacturing processes. It will be your duty to manage the team, aligning them with the organization's purpose, vision, strategy, and deliverables for the current year. To qualify for this position, you must hold a B.E./B.Tech. degree with at least 10 years of relevant engineering work experience, including leadership roles. Experience in system design, project management, BOM and design management is required. Key skills for this role include proficiency in Design, AutoCAD, Manager Design, CAD & CAM, Solid Works, Telecom Engineering, and Structural Design.
