Manager/ Deputy/ Assistant Manger Mining

Job Summary:

Hiring a candidate for opencast mine operations to support production, safety, quality control and statutory compliance as per approved Mining Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise drilling, blasting, excavation, ROM handling, crushing, screening, and dispatch
• Monitor production, recovery, waste generation and material movement
• Track HEMM utilization and coordinate breakdowns with mechanical teams
• Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, MMR 1961 and Mines Act
• Supervise manpower deployment and shift discipline
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering
• Second Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency Mandatory
• 310 years of opencast iron ore mining experience
