Manager - Data Science

Role Overview: As an Analytics professional at Tata Capital, your primary responsibility will be to drive analytics initiatives across the organization. You will be utilizing sophisticated statistical techniques to design advanced analytical scorecards for various purposes such as customer acquisition, customer lifecycle management, and collection/recoveries. Additionally, you will be conducting portfolio analysis and deep diving into various segments/cohorts to derive meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Bureau relationship and leverage it for market trends/insights - Augment data through external/Alternate Data providers partners for better scoring - Utilize Machine Learning algorithms for advanced analytics - Collaborate with business users for implementation and monitoring of scorecards/solutions - Implement analytical solutions through IT platform - Interact with senior management and business stakeholders for driving business growth through analytical solutions Qualification Required: - Post Graduate/ Graduate in Engineering, MBA Additional Details: Tata Capital is located in Lower Parel and is seeking a candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience in the Indian BFSI sector.
