Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager in the Crash Analysis department at SRDI, your primary responsibility is to develop the crash safety performance of automobiles using CAE. Your role will involve conducting crash analysis, evaluating crash safety performance, developing restraint systems, establishing an AI-based CAE result analysis method, and studying vehicle body structures for stable performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct crash analysis using a vehicle FEM model, analyze results, prepare reports, and provide feedback for model development. - Evaluate crash safety performance and develop technologies to improve prediction accuracy of vehicle body deformation, deceleration, damage to high-voltage and functional components, and occupant injury values. - Develop restraint systems such as DAB, PAB, SAB, CAB. - Establish a CAE result analysis method using AI, learn from past SMC data, predict results, and create training data for AI use. - Study highly robust vehicle body structures and provide feedback to the platform. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics) from a Tier-1 institute. - Minimum 3 years to maximum 8 years of experience in automobile crash CAE at automotive OEM, engineering company, or software vendor. - Experience using FEM software such as LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH is mandatory.
