Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Process Universe, managing taxonomy documentation, and implementing changes in M7 and Aris as required. Additionally, you will coordinate and promote process excellence methodologies in Treasury and contribute to building foundational process excellence capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design enhanced ways of producing Treasury risk information reports and packs, utilizing the NFR data for various purposes. - Prepare monthly risk information reports (RIR) and support the Conduct forum, Treasury Non-Financial Risk Committee, and GCFO pack production. - Consult with stakeholders to define standard reporting requirements and implement changes and enhancements. - Enhance and automate report production using tools like Tableau and incorporate advanced Tableau functionality into dashboards. - Work with team members to gather data for reporting and analysis needed by key stakeholders. - Present dashboards and ad hoc analyses to key stakeholders to increase adoption and understanding of key performance indicators and business drivers. - Enable self-service reporting through dashboard development and training. - Automate and build new reports for all functions/teams, including senior management. Qualifications Required: - Finance Professionals (Chartered Accountant) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution. - Process excellence qualifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile. - Proficiency in SAS/Python and visualization tools like Tableau/MicroStrategy. - Familiarity with Dataiku, Databricks, QlikView, pySpark. - Excellent numerical aptitude and ability to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with analytical technology, statistical tools, SQL, and expertise in MS Excel. - Good understanding of banking products/operations. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service delivery or managing non-financial risks.
