Manager - Cluster (Micro Finance)

You will be responsible for developing the Micro Finance business in 8 to 10 branches in the Kottayam/Alappuzha region. Your main focus will be on achieving monthly targets and ensuring the growth of the business in the designated area. As part of your role, you will be required to source, train, and develop relationship executives (sales and collection) in the branches as and when needed. It will also be essential to conduct surprise visits as per the schedule to ensure the smooth functioning of operations. You will oversee the day-to-day branch operations in the cluster and coordinate with the Head Office team to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. To be considered for this position, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role or at least 4+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in a Micro Finance/Gold Loan NBFC.
