Manager- CC Parts Export Planner & Key account manager

As a CC Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring CC order inflow, delivery schedules, and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines. You will track and improve fill rate performance, identify risks in shortage & backlog management, and drive recovery actions promptly. In addition, you will steer part changes, engineering updates, and ensure smooth implementation across CCs. It will be your duty to maintain optimal stock levels at CCs to avoid production impact and act as the primary interface between CCs, logistics, production, and procurement teams. Your role as an Export Material Controller will involve reviewing export part demand, planning shipments, and executing orders to CCs. You will ensure accurate shipping documents, customs compliance, and adherence to country-specific regulations. Monitoring export lead times, resolving bottlenecks, and improving on-time delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to align with freight forwarders and CCs for efficient material flow and identify process gaps for continuous improvement to reduce export delays.
