Manager- Business Development and Strategic Relationship

As a Business Development Manager (Strategic Sourcing) at L&T-SuFin, your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and cultivate long-term relationships with key Manufacturers/Large distributors in Finished Goods Product Categories, including Electricals, Safety, Electronics, Building Materials, Instruments, and more. You will be required to engage with corporate buyers in the Southern region who have annual requirements for various non-capex items in selected categories, providing them with quotations and tailored solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with L&T Construction and other L&T Integrated Circuits (ICs) to address their procurement needs effectively. Your support in strategic sourcing and cost-effective procurement through L&T-SuFin sellers will be crucial for the success of these internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will actively coordinate and manage relationships with both external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Your role will also involve ensuring that quality, pricing, and reliability standards are consistently met. By driving business growth for L&T-SuFin within the chosen product categories among key buyer segments, you will play a vital part in the company's overall success.
