Manager - Asset Management - Construction Finance - Credit

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, your role involves managing the real estate portfolio and providing in-depth analysis for the allotted region to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly monitor the real estate portfolio by conducting periodic asset quality reviews through project site visits, data analysis, meetings, etc. - Ensure post disbursal compliance according to the sanction terms, including security perfection, appropriate charge creation, filling in ROC (Registrar of Companies), disbursement milestones, etc. for the assets securing the facility. - Identify early warning signals. - Prepare Asset Quality Review (AQR) notes for the allotted region in a timely manner, covering exposure movements, compliances, RERA, projections vs actual variances, etc. Highlight variances, recommend corrective actions, and present as per Delegation of Authority (DoA). - Liaise with Audit Firms, Legal, and Technical vendors to obtain reports promptly. - Participate in the preparation of facility documents for disbursements. - Follow up for Post Disbursal documents (PDD), prepare and publish Management Information System (MIS). - Work on Significance in Credit Risk (SICR) reporting to National Housing Bank (NHB). - Handle internal and external audits" requirements. - Conduct process mapping and Process Improvement related to the business. - Manage NOC issuance and Escrow account.
