As an Aruba Wireless Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and migration of wireless network solutions within medium to large-scale enterprise environments. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your technical expertise in Aruba wireless technologies, WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure, and software-defined networking principles to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing wireless solutions that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing and architecting Aruba wireless solutions, configuring wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure, implementing and maintaining wireless security protocols, troubleshooting complex issues across LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, and leading migration projects to Aruba platforms. You must have hands-on experience with Aruba Mobility Controllers, Instant APs, ClearPass, and AirWave, in-depth knowledge of wireless protocols, RF fundamentals, and spectrum analysis, and experience in designing and deploying wireless networks in high-density environments. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools like Ekahau, NetSpot, Wireshark, as well as a solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, and IPAM are also required. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, certifications such as Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), CCNP Wireless, or equivalent, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across global stakeholders.
