Manager - Airport Systems & Data Management Specialist COE - Operations

You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of operational activities within Aero Operations at Adani Airports Holding Limited. Your role will involve ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant ground-level operations, supporting operational teams, implementing process improvements, managing resources, and monitoring service quality to enhance the customer experience and maintain high safety standards across all airports. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake special projects to improve the efficiency of airport operations - Act as the system admin for all key operational systems, continuously reviewing requirements and implementing changes in coordination with respective airports - Manage operational business rules in various systems after consulting with relevant stakeholders - Upload seasonal flights/daily schedules into AODB - Provide system access upon request to internal and external stakeholders - Train relevant staff on applications related to Airport Operations - Advise or develop optimal solutions to automate repetitive tasks in Airport Operations - Manage AODB-related data, inspect data accuracy timely, and advise airports on best practices to maintain data quality Qualifications: - Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in IT - Relevant Experience: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, and MS Office skills are a must - Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in airport operation control center Please note that Adani Group is a diversified organization in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies with a focus on logistics and energy businesses, positioning itself as a market leader with global standards in infrastructure development.
