Job Description

As a Manager - Advanced Technical Support Engineer at Schneider Electric, your role will involve providing expert assistance for Digital Power products. Your responsibilities will include: - Resolve technical requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. - Manage our knowledge base and deliver technical training. - Conduct onsite interventions for critical issues. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 6-8 years of experience with Digital Power products. - Hands-on experience in MV protection relays (Micom, Vamp, Sepam, Easergy P3/P5, C264, T300/T200, Saitel 2000), substation automation, feeder protection, FPIs, and power system protection and control. - Proficiency with PACIS (EPAS) software and various communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, IEC61850). If you have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering and feel that you meet the requirements mentioned above, we encourage you to DM us your resume to apply for this exciting opportunity.
