Job Description

Join us as a Manager - Advanced Technical Support Engineer to provide expert assistance for Schneider Electric's Digital Power products. Your main responsibilities will include resolving technical requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our knowledge base, delivering technical training, and conducting onsite interventions for critical issues. To be successful in this role, you should have 6-8 years of experience working with Digital Power products. You must possess hands-on experience in MV protection relays such as Micom, Vamp, Sepam, Easergy P3/P5, C264, T300/T200, and Saitel 2000. Experience in substation automation, feeder protection, FPIs, and power system protection and control is also required. Proficiency with PACIS (EPAS) software and various communication protocols like Modbus TCP/IP and IEC61850 is essential.
