This position performs professional work of considerable difficulty, overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management, employee development and customer service Role & responsibilities Managing day-to-day general administration to ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation of the company and coordinate the routing process if needed. Manage escalations Ensure vendor management and identify venues, warehouse and other needs of training workshops and assist with all preparations. Manage the HR and administrative teams, as well as liaise with their subordinate employees and provide assistance for their undertakings. Oversee purchase and HR tasks, ask team members to locate reliable suppliers who can offer us fair prices and materials, and control cost-cutting measures for all HR and administrative budgets. We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Manager to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department & administrative department in Greater Noida Work together with department heads and warehouse leaders to address internal problems as soon as possible and provide assistance for their operations. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they're eligible for, salary slip, other joining formalities) Help resolve conflicts/ issues that arise between manager and the employee. And all other works which come on demand from time to time facilitate prompt issue resolution and oversee issue resolution within the department. Male Candidates Only Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative, facility, and support operations across our project sites and corporate offices. This role requires strong leadership in site admin, facility management, housekeeping, transport, safety, vendor management , and statutory compliance , especially in an infrastructure or industrial project setup. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Administration & Coordination Manage day-to-day site-level admin operations, including infrastructure support, housekeeping , and office logistics . Coordinate with internal project teams for uninterrupted administrative support. 2. Facility & Office Management Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, utilities , and infrastructure upkeep. Manage AMC contracts, repairs , and maintenance of assets. 3. Safety, Security & Emergency Support Implement and monitor safety protocols across locations. Liaise with security teams and ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness . 4. Transport & Asset Management Supervise transportation services, driver deployment , and vehicle maintenance schedules . Maintain proper asset records and usage logs. 5. Admin MIS & Documentation Maintain administrative records like attendance, vendor contracts, site reports , and asset logs. Generate and present periodic MIS reports to management. 6. Government & Local Liaison Coordinate with local authorities (Police, Fire, Hospital, Municipality) for permissions, inspections , and emergency support . Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with documentation (licenses, NOCs). 7. Incident Investigation Conduct investigations for workplace incidents. Prepare reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions . Key Skills & Competencies: Leadership and Team Handling Strong Knowledge of Facility & Asset Management Safety, Security & Emergency Handling Government Liaison & Regulatory Compliance Vendor Management MIS Reporting & Documentation Proficiency in MS Office , Admin Tools & Facility Management Software Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Management MBA Preferred 7 to 10 Years of Experience in Admin (Min. 3 Years in a Managerial Role) Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects is highly desirable
