Manager - 2 Global Trial Manager

As a Global Trial Manager, Clinical Operations at Sun Pharma, you will be an integral part of the clinical development team based in Mumbai. Reporting directly to the Global Trial Leader, Clinical Operations, you will play a key role in providing global, regional, or complex local management of Sun Pharmaceuticals clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the operational aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the trial process. Your primary duties will involve managing CROs and other vendors, evaluating project progress and resources to ensure timelines and budgets are met, reviewing operational aspects of trial activity, and overseeing the Trial Master File (TMF) management. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Medical Monitor, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Data Management, and QA/QC to facilitate successful project completion. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of clinical study management experience, with at least 2 years of direct multinational study management experience. A background in dermatology and proficiency in ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and utilize tools like MS Office, EDC, and CDMS will be key to your success in this position. In addition to your technical skills, you should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, industry awareness, and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships within the organization.
