Manager 1- IP litigation

You will be responsible for managing IP litigations and providing support for Finished Products across multiple countries. Your role will involve conducting FTO evaluations, mapping IP risks, and ensuring timely delivery of all tasks. You will also be required to review legal documents, interact with counsels, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to evaluate third-party patents, assess risks, and provide support to different teams such as Portfolio, Business Development, R&D, and Commercial. Your responsibilities will include identifying new product opportunities based on global IP scenarios, mapping competitive intelligence, and aligning strategies with regulatory dynamics. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's degree in Pharmacy, M.S., or M. Tech. with a preference for Pharmaceutics or Chemistry specialization. Ideally, you should have around 10-12 years of experience in FTO and Litigations. You should possess a deep understanding of IP dynamics, strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, be a team player, and demonstrate agility and adaptability in your work.,
