Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee (MT, WFO) role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations, analyzing and managing data, and contributing to achieving organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with different teams, assisting in project management, and developing reports for process improvements and strategic planning. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, Laboratory Medicine, and Medical Technology
• Knowledge of Patient Care methods and practices in Medicine
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
