Management Trainee - Sales and Service

We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include generating new business and sales, cross-selling and upselling products, collecting referrals, closing sales, and ensuring the delivery of products/services. It is essential to uphold honesty, practice time punctuality and discipline, and demonstrate politeness and responsibility in all interactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. The role requires the capacity to make independent decisions, maintain exceptional record-keeping practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
